BP's Solar Arm Considering Sale of Spain Project for Around $300 Million, Cinco Dias Says, Citing Sources

--BP's renewable-energy subsidiary Lightsource is looking to dispose of a solar project in Spain for around 250 million euros ($295.4 million), Spanish financial daily Cinco Dias reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Lightsource has turned to Spanish lender BBVA to help it sell off the Guillena solar-plant complex, which has a total capacity of around 248 megawatts, the report says.

--Neither Lightsource nor BBVA provided comment to Cinco Dias.
