据@广东天气22日13时消息，台风“桦加沙”强度极强、大风范围极广、靠岸西行随时登陆，将给南海中北部海面、广东省海面及各市县带来严重风雨浪潮的影响，需提前做好巨灾防御准备。
9月22日晚间，记者获悉，美团外卖已迅速启动了特殊天气应对预案，切实保障骑手安全，在做好配送安全举措的前提下，努力满足市民的生活物资所需，同时，根据城市要求以及天气实际情况，即时调整配送服务。
台风当前，安全第一。据了解，美团外卖多举措保障骑手安全：在线下，（1）美团外卖对于因特殊天气造成的超时订单、用户差评订单予以免责剔除；（2）对部分天气特殊影响跑单的区域，将适当延长配送时长、缩小配送范围；（3）将根据天气情况的实时变化，对部分无法服务的区域暂时停止配送服务；（4）为骑手申请增加天气补贴，保障大家的收入；（5）站点备有雨衣、防水套等?备，如装备受损请回站点取用；同时也备齐了姜汤、热茶、感冒药等物品和医药箱，大家随时可取用。
在线上，美团外卖在骑手App上线安全中心功能，与中国气象局合作，推出分秒级别的天气预警，随时监测天气状况给骑手推送安全预警信息，保障骑手安全。
