智通财经APP讯，冠军科技集团(00092)公布，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止全年将取得归属于股东的合并净亏损(未包括其他全面收益及支出)约港币4200万元至4600万元，而截至2024年6月30日止全年则取得约港币1200万元(未包括其他全面收益及支出)的应占股东亏损。
公告称，预期亏损主要是由于以下综合原因所致：因地缘政治的原因导致所有数据中心相关的关键部件货源短缺，致使整个智慧城市行业的发展严重滞后。集团的智慧城市解决方案业务收入及营运业绩取得显著减少，以及因客户滞后回款伴随的应收帐款预期信贷损失显著增加;香港政府近期已表明上网电价的资助计划很可能不会在2033年到期后再延续。故此，一般再生能源项目的投资者都会见而却步。集团的可再生能源业务收入及营运业绩录得显著减少;以及截至2024年6月30日止全年期间，从出售位于东莞的一家酒店的处置中所取得港币3210万元的一次性收益属非经常性质。
