智通财经APP讯，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)发布公告，于2025年9月22日，马钢有限与宝武水务及其另外十八家股东共同签署减资协议。根据减资协议，本次进行减资的股东含马钢有限共三家，其余十六家股东不进行减资。马钢有限以与其相关的宝武水务的循环水资产作价，对宝武水务进行减资人民币5.38亿元(含税);马钢有限持有宝武水务股权比例由14.977%降至3.151%。
本次减资是为了提升马钢有限的运营效率和效益，不会对其日常经营和财务状况构成重大影响。通过本次减资，马钢有限拥有与其生产密切相关的循环水资产，有利于降低马钢有限运行成本，提高马钢有限生产运营的协同性及紧密度，增强马钢有限生产的稳定性。
