SAP (SAP) has offered concessions to address EU antitrust concerns over its business practices, in an attempt to avoid a probe and a potential fine, Reuters reported Monday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.
The maker of enterprise resource planning software has been on the European Commission's radar for several years after some clients have expressed concerns over complex terms and the bundling of applications that result in higher prices, the report said.
The Commission declined to comment in reply to a request sent by MT Newswires.
