智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，9月23日，泓基集团(02535)股东将股票由华富建业证券转入宝新证券，转仓市值7146.66万港元，占比6.27%。
9月1日，泓基集团发布公告，公司董事会获公司董事会主席、非执行董事及控股股东(定义见上市规则)陈永康先生告知，WK (BVI) Limited(卖方，一间由陈鑫基先生、陈鑫江先生、陈永康先生、蔡植昌女士及陈淑雯女士合法及实益拥有30%、30%、15%、15%及10%权益的公司)已于2025年9月1日(交易时段后)与华富建业证券有限公司订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已同意竭尽全力促致投资者按不低于每股配售股份0.25港元的价格购买卖方持有的最多 4亿股公司现有股份。
