智通财经APP讯，广南(集团)(01203)发布公告，于2025年9月22日，经过投标程序后，粤海里水食品(公司的间接非全资附属公司)与承包商(投标程序中的中标者)(中铁一局集团、华商国际工程、广东省建筑设计研究院)订立施工合同，据此，承包商将就于该地块上开发一座屠宰场及配套设施向粤海里水食品提供设计及施工服务，代价为人民币1.1亿元。
公告称，该项目位于佛山市南海区里水镇的该地块，地处广州与佛山交界处，地理位置优越，处于大湾区核心地带。该优越地理位置不仅便于获取当地资源、享有良好营商环境，亦带来广阔市场机遇，预期将有助于集团实现在该地区扩大经营规模及提升市场份额的目标。
通过建设现代化、高标准的屠宰及食品加工设施，集团将能进一步优化资源配置，并充分利用粤港澳大湾区的共享资源。该项目计划采用先进技术与管理模式，并严格遵循质量及安全标准，预期将有助于提升生产效率及产品质量。
