9月23日，“BOSS直聘情报站”在微博发文称，为了维护安全、平等、友善的求职招聘环境，持续开展对招聘者违规行为的治理，2025年6月至8月，平台对以下三类违规情形进行了重点打击：

　　1． 在线沟通中对求职者实施性骚扰。

　　2． 违规发布隐晦的“色情助理”岗位。

　　3． 发布正常职位后在沟通中引导求职者转向色情岗位。

　　据了解，专项治理期间，累计封禁相关违规账号近2000个。除封禁账号外，针对一些证据确凿、情节较为严重的违规招聘者，安全团队也将相关情况通报其所在企业，建议企业内部处置与培训整改。

　　随后，BOSS直聘官方转发微博并表示，求职者沟通应尽量在平台内进行，并保存好聊天记录；如需转至第三方软件或线下面试，请通过平台交换联系方式、留存记录。如果在沟通中遇到带有暧昧、诱导或不当要求的岗位描述或言论，应聘者应立即停止沟通并通过平台举报。
