　　长盈集团（控股）发布公告，公司于2025年9月19日（交易时间后）获公司主要股东Billion Expo International Limited（卖方）告知，其已向VCYBER Holdings Limited（买方（一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司）出售合共8620.86万股公司股份，占于本公布日期已发行股份约13.92%（转让事项）。

　　买方为一间投资控股公司，由沈嘉鑫全资拥有。于本公布日期，沈嘉鑫为长盈智行投资有限公司（一间于香港注册成立的公司，并为公司的间接非全资附属公司）的董事之一。

　　紧随转让事项完成后，卖方已不再于股份中拥有任何权益，亦不再为公司的主要股东（定义见上市规则）；及买方已对8620.86万股股份（占于本公布日期已发行股份约13.92%）拥有权益，并成为公司的主要股东（定义见上市规则）。
