京东方精电（00710）发布公告，本公司与成都京东方于2025年9月23日订立产品开发服务协议。根据协议，本集团将在2025年9月23日至2026年12月31日（包括首尾两日）期间不时向成都京东方采购产品开发服务，主要包括为本集团的车载产品开发和设计工作提供技术支持。
本次协议的年度上限为截至2025年12月31日的700万港元，以及截至2026年12月31日的2400万港元。京东方（香港）为本公司的主要股东，持有本公司已发行股本约53.02%，该协议构成本公司的持续关联交易。
