花旗集团正在向一项具有潜在变革性的技术迈进，迄今为止，这项技术在许多企业一直难以实现。但花旗表示，正在采取措施来实现这一目标。花旗首席技术官戴维-格里菲斯（David Griffiths）表示，从本月开始，花旗将在其过去两年一直在开发的专有AI平台内部试行新的“智能体”功能。

　　格里菲斯称，通过这次新的更新，用户将能够通过单个提示词指挥一个AI工具完成多项任务，并访问多个公司系统。他说：“几年前，你可以用当时可用的早期版本的模型来做智能体操作。但它们并非总是很可靠，也不总是很擅长调用工具。但现在它们能做到了。”

　　格里菲斯说，花旗的内部平台使用了一系列模型，包括谷歌（Google）的Gemini和Anthropic的Claude。借助新功能，用户可以指挥平台内一个名为Citi Stylus Workspaces的工具，一步完成多项任务，从对特定客户的研究，利用公开数据和多个内部数据集为他们建立档案，到将其翻译成外语。
