BlockBeats 消息，9 月 23 日，Kraken 旗下公开发行平台 Kraken Launch 将上线首期代币发行项目，为 Curve 创始人 Michael Egorov 推出的比特币收益协议 Yield Basis (YB)，此次代币发行由 Kraken 与链上项目融资平台 Legion 合作推出。
发行计划将分两个阶段推出：第一阶段将向 legion.cc 上拥有 Legion Score 的用户分配 20% 的销售额；第二阶段将按照先到先得的原则在 Kraken 和 Legion 上同时开放剩余代币发售。
