提议指出，Hyperliquid 目前拥有大量授权未流通代币，由援助基金 (AF，约 3100 万 HYPE）和未来排放和社区奖励 (FECR，约 421 万 HYPE）持有。建议对 Hyperliquid 的经济模型进行以下更改：
