梅赛德斯 - 奔驰（Mercedes-Benz）于周三宣布高层管理人事调整，将由生产部门负责人约尔格・布尔泽（Joerg Burzer）接任首席技术官（CTO）马库斯・舍费尔（Markus Schaefer）的职位。此次调整旨在通过打造更年轻化的董事会，提升成本效益。

　　这家德国车企在一份声明中表示，55 岁的布尔泽将从 12 月初起同时负责研发与采购业务，并担任首席技术官一职。

　　舍费尔在任期间主导了奔驰从传统燃油车向电动车的转型，任职 30 年后将离开公司。

　　现年 42 岁、现任高性能部门梅赛德斯 - AMG（Mercedes AMG）负责人的迈克尔・席贝（Michael Schiebe），将出任董事会成员，主管生产业务。

　　奔驰监事会主席马丁・布鲁德穆勒（Martin Brudermueller）表示：“约尔格・布尔泽与迈克尔・席贝均为集团内部培养的优秀管理者，他们将接管对梅赛德斯 - 奔驰集团未来发展至关重要的核心部门。”

　　奔驰称，此次人事任命是公司战略的一部分，旨在为集团注入 “新动力，并针对性地实现董事会年轻化”。

　　当前，奔驰及其同行正面临多重挑战：电动汽车需求增速放缓、中国市场竞争加剧，且在从燃油车向新能源转型的战略调整中，还需全面推进成本削减。此次管理层调整正是在此背景下展开。
