Foresight News 消息，财新刊文披露多类机构被要求收缩在香港的加密资产业务内情，其中指出互联网平台、中资券商、中资银行等在港机构均被要求暂缓涉及加密资产的各类业务，包括投资、交易、发行 RWA、稳定币等。其中，尤其是取得“提供虚拟资产交易服务”资格的券商，因客户可在其账户里直接交易比特币、以太币、泰达币等，成为重点关注对象，从资产实质看，香港将虚拟资产分为证券型虚拟资产、非证券型虚拟资产。据悉“财库公司”模式将受限，在这轮虚拟货币创新热潮中采用“财库公司”模式加杠杆投资加密货币资产的模式被快速复制，不少在港股和美股上市的中资企业公告购买比特币、以太坊等加密货币资产，希望在股价、币价双重获利，如今这一模式大概率将被限制。
