CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide (SHE:002145) plans to change its name to Tinergy Chemical, pending shareholder approval and regulatory registration.
The stock code will remain unchanged, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The rebranding is aimed at better aligning with the company's focus on titanium chemicals, phosphorus chemicals and new energy materials, as well as supporting its green sulfur-phosphorus-iron-titanium circular development model.
