智通财经APP获悉，罗氏(RHHBY.US)计划明年将实验性减肥药CT-388推进至后期试验阶段，以期在减肥药市场中挑战礼来(LLY.US)、诺和诺德(NVO.US)等头部企业。这款药物去年因早期研究披露的恶心、呕吐等副作用数据引发股价大幅下挫，但罗氏随后强调其副作用发生率与竞品相近，费用水平亦无显著差异。
当前肥胖症市场由礼来和诺和诺德主导，预计到2030年年销售额将突破1000亿美元。为加速布局，罗氏今年已与新西兰制药公司达成53亿美元合作协议，合作开发Zealand在研减肥药物，同时自身研发管线亦包含另一款在研减肥药物。
CT-388与礼来明星产品Zepbound作用机制相似，通过激活GLP-1和GIP受体促进饱腹感、减少进食。罗氏还披露，CT-388若与Zealand Pharma的管线药物联用，可能形成“同类最佳”治疗方案，耐受性更优。
截至上周五，罗氏股价收涨1.46%，年内累计涨幅约5.4%。
