新疆豫能投资集团有限公司年产20亿立方米煤制天然气项目已完成内部立项，拟选址新疆准东经济技术开发区芨芨湖园区。为初步了解相关资源禀赋、开发条件、环境影响、经济效益和社会效益等方面的可行性为项目提供科学合理的决策依据，进一步推进新疆豫能投资集团有限公司年产20亿立方米性制天然气项日定施香托第二方开医顶目可行性研究。可研将从国家规划政策、产业政策、行业和市场准入政策，以及能源煤炭和水资源利用总量控制等方面论证项目建设的必要性和初步可行性。
新疆豫能投资集团有限公司（原河南煤化集团新疆能源化工有限公司）系世界500强企业河南煤业化工集团全资子公司，计划“十四五”期间斥资200亿元，打造年产40亿立方米煤制天然气项目，并同步推进芨芨湖1500万吨/年井工矿等关键工程。该项目预计投产后将实现煤炭就地转化量超过1500万吨，煤制天然气项目不仅将成为河南能源准东现代煤化工基地的“能源岛”，还将进一步延伸至煤制烯烃、可降解塑料等高端化工新材料领域，实现资源的高效利用和清洁生产。
