智通财经APP讯，万咖壹联(01762)发布公告，公司董事会接获公司执行董事、董事会主席及主要股东之一高弟男先生通知，彼于2025年9月23日透过高先生全资拥有的实体Wanka Media Limited于香港联交所合共收购20万股公司股份，平均价格为每股1.00港元(收购事项 I)。紧接收购事项I后，高先生于合共4.20亿股股份中拥有权益，占公司已发行股本总额(不包括库存股份)约24.06%。
此外，公司执行董事、行政总裁及主要股东之一蒋宇女士于2025年9月23日透过其全资拥有的实体PioneerHorizons Holdings Limited于联交所合共收购20万股股份，平均价格为每股1.05港元(收购事项 II)。紧接收购事项II后，蒋女士于合共1.79亿股股份中拥有权益，占公司已发行股本总额(不包括库存股份)约10.26%。
