Aayush Wellness (NSE:AAYUSH, BOM:539528) has signed a joint venture agreement with Healthrashi Nextgen India to provide integrated healthcare solutions, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company rose 5% in recent trade.
Under the partnership, Aayush Wellness will source AI-enabled health kiosks, mobile clinics, automated diagnostic platforms, and healthcare vending machines from Healthrashi Nextgen, the filing said.
