9月23日晚间消息，麦当劳中国汉堡大学迎来成立十五周年庆典。麦当劳中国宣布，未来三年将投资超过4亿元人民币用于人才培训和发展，重点推动汉堡大学围绕“更智慧、更开放、更关注全面成长”三大方向全面升级，打造面向数字化时代的餐饮人才培养体系。

　　2010年，麦当劳中国汉堡大学在上海成立，与其他通用型企业大学不同，汉堡大学专注于餐饮服务行业。每年，麦当劳中国有近1万名学员在汉堡大学完成培训。

　　麦当劳中国首席执行官张家茵表示：“汉堡大学2010年成立的时候，我们在全国有1000多家餐厅，而如今已有超过7400家，每年服务顾客超过13亿人次。这一切的背后，离不开汉堡大学作为我们人才培养体系的核心基石——它持续为我们培养营运骨干，传承QSC文化（品质、服务、清洁），是确保我们始终能够运营杰出餐厅的重要力量。”
