APAC Realty (SGX:CLN) allotted and issued 71.8 million bonus shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issue, the total number of shares of the company has increased to around 431.0 million shares.
The bonus shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Sept. 25.
Shares of the company were down over 1% at the close of trading on Tuesday.
