智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，9月19日，国锐生活(00108)股东将股票由德意志银行转入UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited ，转仓市值14.22亿港元，占比28.31%。
国锐生活(00108)公布，于2025年9月15日，该公司与潜在卖方就集团可能收购潜在标的的100%股权订立不具法律约束力的意向书。
根据潜在标的提供的资料，潜在标的乃一间在中华人民共和国注册成立的有限责任公司，主要从事数字医疗服务。
公告称，集团有两个可报告经营板块，包括(i)物业管理板块;及(ii)物业发展及投资板块。第一个板块于中国营运，而第二个板块则于中国、美利坚合众国及英国营运。在继续扩展物业管理板块及物业发展及投资板块的同时，集团亦一直开拓潜在商机，旨在寻求业务多元化，拓宽其收入来源并最终尽量改善股东回报。董事认为，由于预期意向书项下可能收购事项符合集团的战略发展规划，若成事，可能收购事项将能与集团现有业务产生协同效应及扩大集团的收入来源，因此订立意向书符合集团及其股东的整体利益。
