新华财经布宜诺斯艾利斯9月23日电（记者张铎王钟毅）阿根廷政府22日宣布暂时取消谷物、牛肉、家禽肉等农产品的出口预扣税。
阿根廷总统发言人曼努埃尔·阿多尼（Manuel Adorni）称，这一措施将持续至10月31日。
近期，阿根廷金融市场持续动荡，近一个月来阿根廷比索兑美元累计贬值幅度超10%，债券和股票市场同步下跌。上周，阿根廷央行在阿根廷比索达到汇率区间上限后三日内动用了11亿美元外汇储备进行干预。
当地媒体分析称，取消出口预扣税将推动该国农业部门出售农产品以增加美元供给，从而维持现行汇率。
但也有分析人士认为，阿根廷国会将于10月26日举行中期选举，暂时取消农产品出口预扣税是为了缓解中期选举前的汇率紧张局势，并不能解决政治危机。
7月26日，阿根廷政府宣布永久下调牛肉、家禽肉、玉米、高粱、葵花子、大豆及其副产品的农产品出口预扣税。其中，牛肉和家禽肉的税率从6.75%降至5%，玉米和高粱从12%降至9.5%，葵花子从7.5%降至5.5%，大豆从33%降至26%，大豆副产品从31%降至24.5%。
