路透社9月23日 - 谷物贸易商Archer-Daniels-Midland ADM.N和农产品开发商Alltech周二表示，双方签署了一项协议，将成立一家北美动物饲料合资企业。
Alltech的Hubbard Feeds和Masterfeeds业务、美国的18家饲料厂和加拿大的15家饲料厂以及ADM的11家美国饲料厂将组成合资公司。
合资公司将由 Alltech 持有多数股权，并由两家公司具有同等代表权的董事会管理。
两家公司表示，Alltech 将保留其 Ridley Block 业务、Ridley 饲料配料和 Alltech 特殊配料，而 ADM 将保留其预混料和添加剂业务。
交易预计将于 2026 年第一季度完成。
