智通财经APP讯，兆邦基生活(01660)发布公告，李宜宸已获委任为公司的执行董事及副行政总裁，自2025年9月22日起生效。
自2025年9月22日生效，关建文先生由于决定投入更多时间处理彼的其他业务承担，已辞任公司的公司秘书、根据上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表兼根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及公司条例第16部(香港法例第622章)代公司接受任何须向公司在香港送达的法律程序文件或通知的授权代表的职务。
随着关先生的辞任，董事会已委任：(i)曾月英女士为公司的公司秘书及法律程序代理人;(ii)李先生为授权代表，自2025年9月22日生效。公司补充，随着詹映桦女士于2025年9月8日辞任非执行董事，曾女士已获委任为授权代表。
