Anton Oilfield Services (Group) Ltd. reported its interim results for the first half of 2025, posting revenue of approximately RMB2,631.1 million, an increase of RMB454.8 million or 20.9% compared to RMB2,176.3 million in the same period last year. Cost of sales rose by 23.6% to approximately RMB1,875.2 million from RMB1,517.7 million a year earlier, reflecting higher costs associated with revenue growth. The oilfield management services segment recorded revenue of approximately RMB1,001.1 million, up 11.2% from RMB900.6 million in the first half of 2024. Within this segment, integrated oilfield management services contributed RMB597.2 million, a 9.2% increase from RMB546.8 million, while oilfield operation and maintenance services generated RMB403.9 million, an increase of 14.2% from RMB353.8 million in the previous year. Segment EBITDA rose to RMB317.9 million from RMB300.7 million, with the EBITDA margin at 31.8%, down 1.6 percentage points year-on-year. Other gains were RMB6.7 million, little changed from RMB6.1 million in the prior period. Impairment losses under the expected credit loss model, net of reversal, increased to RMB44.1 million from RMB32.5 million. During the reporting period, the company continued to expand its global footprint and focus on breakthrough projects and new opportunities. The inspection services segment, managed primarily through subsidiary T-All Inspection, has become a leading inspection service provider in China's natural gas sector. The company stated it will continue to deepen its international presence and replicate successful projects in new markets.
