本集团于报告期间销售家具产品实现收益约5130万元，较去年同期增加约1420万元或约 38.4%。报告期内，国内房地产市场仍处于深度调整期，尽管政策持续发力，但复苏进程缓慢，行业低迷对下游家具业务造成超出预期的冲击。终端消费需求疲软，叠加部分重要金融客户缩减网点，导致相关订单明显下滑，双重压力下经营面临较大挑战。
