智通财经APP讯，基石控股(01592)发布公告，董事会建议将公司已发行及未发行股本中每10股现有股份合并为1股合并股份。于本公告日期，公司有24.13亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行现有股份。假设自本公告日期起直至股东特别大会日期止将不再进一步发行股份，则于股份合并生效后，将有2.41亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行合并股份。公司法定股本仍将为5000万港元，惟将分为5亿股每股面值0.10港元的合并股份。
于本公告日期，现有股份以每手5000股现有股份的买卖单位于联交所买卖。建议待股份合并生效后并以股份合并生效为条件，于联交所交易的每手买卖单位由5000股现有股份更改为10000股合并股份。
