智通财经APP获悉，9月25日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于红星冷链(湖南)股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》，公司拟发行不超过2675.2万股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。公司10名股东拟将所持合计1,303,464股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
据招股书，红星冷链是冷冻食品交易和冷冻仓储服务综合服务平台，总部位于湖南省长沙市。自2006年成立以来，公司已开发出一种综合业务模式，即将专业的冷冻食品交易平台与先进的冷冻仓储设施相结合，使公司能够在冷冻食品供应链内提供综合的解决方案，通过高效的交易及物流服务，将生产商、批发商及零售商连接在一起。
根据灼识咨询报告，2024年，公司的冷冻食品交易服务实现约人民币400亿元的交易总值，在中国中部地区所有冷冻食品交易服务提供商中排名第二，在湖南省排名第一。此外，根据同一资料来源，按2024年收入计，公司是中国中部地区和湖南省最大的冷冻仓储服务提供商。
