<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/GS">高盛</a>看好并购前景，产业整并潮推波助澜--总裁路透纽约9月25日 - 高盛总裁沃尔德伦(John Waldron)周四表示，由于各产业的整并潮以及私募股权支持的交易可能加速，高盛对于并购的前景变得更加乐观。
他在纽约举行的金融时报会议上表示，“我认为你将会看到更多公司、更多 CEO、更多董事会将会出来采取行动，尝试推动类似我们在铁路业所看到的这类事情。”
“我会说，我们不仅仅是审慎乐观，由于相关的讨论，实际上正在变得更加乐观。”
今年前七个月，全球并购交易总额达 2.6万亿美元，创下自 2021 年疫情高峰以来同期最高纪录。
沃尔德伦表示，私募股权支持的交易也在加速，高盛在自己积压的交易案清单中正看到这一趋势的迹象。
他还指出，美联储的降息将进一步推动并购活动，因为这会降低企业的资金成本。
他表示，经济基本面相当不错，特别是美国；但他也承认，贸易与地缘政治是全球经济的逆风因素。
不过，沃尔德伦警告，美国的财政状况从长期来看不可持续。“我确实认为，在中长期来看，如果我们能更好地控制支出，对美国经济和美国体系的健康状况都会更有利。”(完)
