新世界发展(00017)获59亿港元贷款融资 以维港文化汇物业作抵押

智通财经APP讯,新世界发展(00017)发布公告,于 2025 年 9 月 25 日,集团的若干成员(作为借款人及/或义务人)与 Deutsche Bank AG (德意志银行)(作为安排行、原贷款人及代理人)等订立了一份融资协议。根据融资协议,集团的若干成员将获提供一项最高达 59 亿港元的定期贷款融资,其中初始承诺部分最高达 39.5 亿港元,以供集团作为日常融资活动之用。该融资会或将会以第一顺位抵押方式抵押名为“Victoria Dockside(维港文化汇)”的物业(包括五大主要组成部分,即“K11 ARTUS (寓馆 )”、“K11 ATELIER (K11 办公大楼)”、“K11 MUSEA (K11 人文购物艺术馆 )”、香港瑰丽酒店及若干停车场)及与 Victoria Dockside(维港文化汇)相关之资产为担保。同时,集团仍保留以 Victoria Dockside(维港文化汇)作为担保以获取其他额外融资以支援集团持续业务需求的能力。
