Panasonic Holdings (TYO:6752) will apply to delist its shares from the Nagoya Stock Exchange by late September or early October, according to its statement on Friday.
The decision aims to reduce management costs and streamline administrative operations associated with its dual listing.
The company will maintain its primary listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime Market.
