ChainCatcher 消息，比特币矿企 Cipher Mining（纳斯达克股票代码：CIFR）计划向合格机构购买者以私募方式发行总计 8 亿美元本金金额、于 2031 年到期、利率为 0% 的可转换优先票据。
Cipher 还预计将向票据的初始购买者授予一项为期 13 天的期权，以购买最多额外 1.2 亿美元本金金额的票据。票据将于 2031 年 10 月 1 日到期，除非提前赎回、购回或转换。Cipher 拟将本次发行所得款项净额的一部分，用于支付看涨期权交易成本，剩余款项将用于资助公司在 Barber Lake 的数据中心建设、加速其 2.4 GW 高性能计算（HPC）战略的全面部署、继续扩大其开发场地储备，以及用于一般公司用途。
