9月25日金融一线消息，交通银行公告，2020年9月23日至25日，本公司在全国银行间债券市场发行了规模为人民币300亿元的无固定期限资本债券（以下简称“本期债券”），并于2020年9月25日发布了《交通银行股份有限公司关于成功发行无固定期限资本债券的公告》（编号：临2020-056）。 根据募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人赎回权，本公司有权在第5年末（即2025年9月25日）按面值一次性部分或全部赎回本期债券。截至2025年9月25日，本公司已行使赎回权，全额赎回了本期债券。
