南财智讯9月25日电，庆铃汽车股份（01122.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司于2025年9月19日订立了回购协议，并于2025年9月25日发布补充公告，提供了融资租赁公司及经销商的最终实益拥有人的身份和背景信息。融资租赁公司由重庆城市交通开发投资（集团）有限公司拥有99.2%股权，重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会为其最终实益拥有人。经销商由李水波先生全资拥有，主要从事汽车及新能源汽车整车销售、车辆修理和维护、租赁经营服务等相关业务。董事确认，融资租赁公司、经销商及其各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。
