智通财经APP获悉，9月25日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于滴普科技股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》，公司拟发行不超过1.15亿股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。公司36名股东拟将所持合计3亿股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
招股书显示，滴普科技专注于为企业提供前沿的人工智能解决方案，助力企业大规模高效整合数据、决策及运营。公司拥有AI-Ready的FastData Foil数据融合平台及Deepexi企业级大模型平台两大基础设施，实现Agentic人工智能应用在企业的部署及实施。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按收入计，企业级大模型人工智能应用解决方案的市场规模于2024年已达到人民币386亿元，预计在2029年将达到人民币2,394亿元， 2024年至2029年的CAGR为44.0%。
