Frontier Digital Ventures (ASX:FDV) appointed Patrick Grove as executive chairman, effective Thursday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Additionally, Shaun Di Gregorio will continue as chief executive until his final day on Nov. 30, after which he will transition to the role of non-executive director, the filing said.
