　　中国再保险（01508）发布公告，公司的附属公司中国财产再保险有限责任公司（中再产险）于近期收到相关监管机构批复，获准于全国银行间债券市场公开发行10年期可赎回资本补充债券，发行规模不超过人民币40亿元。

　　中再产险本次发行资本补充债券有利于进一步提高其偿付能力，支持其业务平稳健康发展。
