智通财经APP获悉，昊天国际建投(01341)尾盘涨超13%，截至发稿，涨11.35%，报0.255港元，成交额1.82亿港元。
消息面上，梧桐国际(00613)公布，全资附属PCL向昊天国际建投发行850股新股，代价4亿港元，昊天国际建投将透过发行16亿股代价股支付。完成后，公司将持有昊天国际建投股本14.8%，成为其主要股东；公司于PCL持股由100%摊薄至70.2%，后者为所有证监会持牌公司。
据悉，PCL为梧桐国际的间接非全资附属公司。昊天国际建表示，鉴于PCL集团于金融服务行业的专业知识、资源及市场网络，相信认购事项将有利于公司金融服务的进一步发展。此外，认购事项将使公司与PCL达成策略联盟，从而于金融服务行业的专业知识及资源共用方面产生协同效应。
