Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) has sold a partial sale of its stake in SiteMinder (ASX:SDR) for AU$25 million, while retaining 75% of its stake in the online platform, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
This sale gives the company a 36.9% internal rate of return, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 1%, while shares of SiteMinder fell past 1% in recent Friday trade.
