南方财经9月25日电，天眼查App显示，近日，上海民为生物技术有限公司发生工商变更，新增广西腾讯创业投资有限公司为股东，同时注册资本由约1522万人民币增至约1616万人民币。上海民为生物技术有限公司成立于2021年4月，法定代表人为张冰峰，经营范围包括从事生物科技、医疗科技领域内的技术开发、技术咨询、技术转让、技术服务等。股东信息显示，该公司现由乐普医疗（300003）、青岛民芯创业投资中心（有限合伙）及上述新增股东等共同持股。官网显示，该公司专注于前沿“多核心大分子生物药”创新以及平台开发，打造具有全球竞争力的创新药。
