新浪科技讯 9月26日下午消息，新浪科技独家获悉，汇丰科技中国区近日进行高层调整，总经理马国栋已于8月离职，其职位由数据科技部首席技术官陈秀云兼任，向汇丰控股集团首席技术官Mario Shamtani汇报。

　　汇丰科技中国是汇丰控股集团在亚太地区的重要技术中心，成立于2006年，目前在广州和西安设有科技中心。根据天眼查资料，8月中旬至9月上旬，汇丰科技中国的工商实体汇丰软件开发（广东）有限公司及旗下多家分公司已完成工商信息变更，法人从马国栋变更为陈秀云。

　　一位知情人士称，马国栋出任汇丰科技中国区总经理约2年时间。今年7月，内部就通过邮件宣布了其即将离职的消息。同时，该人士提到，伴随着此次汇丰科技中国区一把手的调整，过去一个月，多位总监级以上的中高层也出现了调整或者离职的情况。
