智通财经APP讯，威扬酒业控股(08509)发布公告，于2025年9月26日，公司全资附属公司威扬(酒业)有限公司(作为借方)及公司(作为担保人)接纳贷方所发出更新的银行融资函件，以更新现有融资函件。
更新的融资函件包含(i)合计金额为最多8300万港元的融资及(ii)金额为最多300万港元的一项透支融资。最多8300万港元的融资包含(i) 一项现有定期贷款及(ii)其他贸易及贷款融资。更新的融资函件中的融资经贷方批准可根据融资函件所载条款及条件供威扬(酒业)使用，惟须经(其中包括)贷方不时审阅及受限于贷方按要求偿还之凌驾性权利。
