Horizon Robotics (HKG:9660) is looking to raise HK$6.38 billion via a share offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
A number of the company's shareholders will sell 639,028,800 shares at HK$9.99 apiece to the public. Then, the shareholders will purchase an equal number of shares that will be issued by the company at the same price.
The shares to be sold represent 4.6% of the company's existing issued share capital and 1.9% of its voting rights, and 4.4% of its share capital and 1.9% of its voting rights on an enlarged basis.
Horizon Robotics said it would use proceeds from the offering to expand its business, particularly overseas.
Shares of the robotics company fell over 5% in pre-market trade.
