0310 GMT - TSMC's 2025 revenue could beat its already lifted full-year guidance of 30% growth in U.S. dollar terms amid rising AI demand, Citi analysts say in a research note. TSMC could see even stronger demand for its advanced chips into 2027 thanks to the bigger integrated-circuit size for the next-generation chips and expected strong 2-nanometer chip ramp-up starting from 2H 2026, they say. TSMC's capex could reach US$47 billion and US$50 billion in 2026 and 2027, respectively, they say. Citi thinks TSMC will like reallocate more of its research and design resources and capacity to the most advanced nodes and advanced packaging. Maintaining a buy call on TSMC, Citi raises its target price to NT$1,600.00 from NT$1,400.00. Shares were recently at NT$1,300.00. (sherry.qin@wsj.com)
