【大河财立方消息】9月26日消息，上海挚达科技发展股份有限公司(以下简称：挚达科技)通过港交所聆讯。
根据招股书，按于往绩记录期间家用电动汽车充电桩的销量及销售额计，挚达科技在中国排名第一。
于往绩记录期间，按家用电动汽车充电桩销量计，挚达科技的中国市场份额达13.6%，全球市场份额达到9.0%。
于往绩记录期间，挚达科技在全球已累计出货130万台家用电动汽车充电桩。
比亚迪（002594）持有挚达科技3.52%的股权。
值得注意的是，挚达科技最近三年持续亏损，2022年、2023年、2024年分别亏损2630.6万元、5853.8万元、2.39亿元。
