** Diversified miner acquires Yellow Pine Antimony Project, located in Idaho, U.S.

** Says project contains all necessary elements for the formation of economic gold-antimony mineralisation

** Stock logs biggest intraday pct gain since Sept. 11, up for a third straight session

** About 20 mln shares change hands, 2.2 times the 30-day avg

** Stock up 66.7%, YTD
