智通财经APP讯，恒宇集团(02448)发布公告，于2024年7月18日，本公司接获联交所的函件，当中载列以下本公司股份于联交所恢复买卖的复牌指引(复牌指引)：(i)针对本公司的清盘令被撤销或驳回，及任何清盘人的委任被解除;(ii)证明本公司符合上市规则第13.24条;(iii)重新符合上市规则第3.28条;及(iv)向市场提供所有重大资料，让本公司股东及其他投资者得以评估本公司的状况。
于2024年11月12日，本公司接获联交所的函件，当中载列以下本公司股份恢复买卖的额外复牌指引(额外复牌指引)：(i)刊发上市规则规定但尚未刊发的所有财务业绩，并处理任何审计修订。
李国辉先生(李先生)已辞任独立非执行董事，并不再担任本公司审核委员会主席及提名委员会成员，自2025年6月10日起生效。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
