智通财经APP讯，地平线机器人-W(09660)发布公告，于2025年9月25日(交易时段后)，公司、现有股东及经办人订立配售及认购协议，据此，(i)现有股东各自同意出售，而经办人各自同意担任现有股东的代理，并基于最大努力促使承配人以每股配售股份9.99港元的配售价购买配售股份;及(ii)现有股东各自有条件同意认购，而公司已有条件同意根据一般授权配发及发行认购股份予现有股东，价格相当于每股配售股份的配售价9.99港元。配售价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股10.60港元折让约5.75%。
公司拟将认购事项的估计所得款项净额约63.39亿港元用于优化资本结构并支持公司的健康及可持续发展。
